Approval of Exterior Changes
Per the covenants of the HOA, any changes made to the exterior of your home or landscaping MUST be pre-approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC). Use the form on this website to apply to the DRC.

Our annual HOA assessment is due in January by every property owner in Fox Meadow. We thank all residents who pay promptly and remain Residents in Good Standing. The Master HOA Board will make every effort to maintain the beauty and property values of Fox Meadow while keeping assessments low.
