APPROVAL OF EXTERIOR CHANGES
Per the covenants of the HOA any changes made to the exterior of your home or to your landscaping MUST be pre-approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC), this includes the erection of swing sets. There are forms on this website to make the application to the DRC with instructions on the procedure. Attached are the Swing Set Guidelines to be used for planning. Please use this form for all exterior and landscape change requests.
COYOTE ALERT
If you see any coyotes or loose running dogs, it is a neighborhood problem. You should call the Montville police. Please carefully watch your children and your pets to keep them safe.

FOX MEADOW RESIDENTS YEARLY ASSESSMENT
Our yearly assessment of $400 is due in the month of January, by every property owner in Fox Meadow, every year. We thank all the residents that pay in a prompt manner and remain Residents in Good Standing. The Master HOA Board will make every effort to maintain the beauty and property values of Fox Meadow while maintaining a low yearly assessment for all our residents.
MONTVILLE POLICE SECURITY
We need to help each other as good neighbors to avoid crime. If you see anything out of the ordinary near your home or in our community, please call the Montville Police. If you have a home alarm system, please use them and not just when you are out of town. If you are going to be out of town, the Montville Police has a service to monitor your home. You can sign up online for this service by using this link to the Montville Police website.
Notify your neighbors when you will be out of town and ask them to kindly pick-up any newspapers that are lying on your driveway. We need to help each other as good neighbors to stop crime in Fox Meadow.
Board Meetings
